Solution

  • We worked with the client to develop detailed business specifications to build a suitable technology solution to cater to the client’s needs.
  • Together with our technology partner, we set up a detailed project approach to building a custom platform.
  • The platform needed to have self-administration capability and deliver content in four languages.

Impact

The client was able to identify group-wide learning needs to enable a better customer experience; through ongoing access to the platform, the client can track progress over time.
