Our client is a leading electrical transmission organisation and required a thorough review of their internal grading structure to align to best practice and to progress away from remunerating and grading based on tenure alone.

Solution

  • Our team worked with the client remotely to prepare for the project implementation.
  • On arrival, we spent a week running sessions across the country to create awareness of the project to staff and unions.
  • We established a job evaluation committee and worked with the committee for two weeks to grade and evaluate all roles.
  • We provided the output from the project and conducted a thorough engagement with leaders to obtain sign-off.
  • The final job grid and grading were adopted by local management.
