Business need

Our client is a pan-Africa financial services provider. The new Chief HR Officer identified the need to expand the reach and capability of the central HR functions. We were requested to develop role profiles for all key HR Executive roles in Central HR.

Solution

  • We agreed on the format for reporting with the client, using their template and input from our own experience and database.
  • We started by reviewing what was in place already and clarifying expectations and changes.
  • With a deep understanding of modern HR functions and access to global role data, we developed robust descriptors.
  • After an engagement and final updates, the descriptors were signed off and approved.
