Two and a half years ago, Africa People Advisory Group was born from a deep passion for our continent. Our first client was a large firm looking for a small bit of benchmark data in November 2019. It was the only sale for that month. But our passion and our plans were clear and firm. Today we have delivered over 60 projects across Africa, and we have worked with powerful brands as we continue to build our brand as a credible, professional, and people centric consultancy. Our team has tripled in size and recently we opened an office in Lagos, Nigeria to service West Africa.
Our mission is to unlock business growth through people insights. We are well on our way to delivering on our mission. Last year saw us launch a first of its kind pan-Africa insights study titled “New Ways of Working”. This groundbreaking study captured six trends that reflect the current state of the HR profession across Africa. Click here to learn more about this year’s study.
Our goal is clear: we want to add value to businesses across Africa. We have a unique set of skills and a robust set of products and services to support it. Our business continues to grow, and we are very proud of it.
A while ago we realised that to keep up with our rapid growth, we needed a new website to provide a more accurate view of the power of Africa People Advisory Group. Our new website is just that – a view into the world of APAG!
